There's always a period, no matter what you're doing, however committed you are, that everything seems to be going wrong. It's the point when you question why you are doing something, when you just want to crawl up and sleep for a while, when everything you do is half-hearted, if you do anything at all. This is the advantage of teamwork, when one person is disheartened, the others cheer them up, inspire them again, and help them face a challenge or situation with a new mind. Taking time to stop and think is not a bad thing, but the best plan is to plan and then act, supported by all around you in everything that you do. Mental blocks are usually inevitably, but there is always a way out of them. People need to support those who question the cause, not criticise them. Though technically someone can achieve a great deal on their own, this is psychologically nigh on impossible, and this is the reason why teamwork achieves so much more, even if the team is just a mental one, supporting a sole individual.
