its WOW day!

So all the preparation has taken place, many of the WOW finalists are already in London and are rehearsing their pitch for our green dragons...

People have been setting up since the early hours (5pm) and everything is in place.

There is a REAL BUZZ in the air and I am really looking forward to watching the pitches - if you are reading this and want to watch check out the LIVE STREAMING!!!!

hi.

Last night we perfected our ideas: we also got up, ridiculously  early this morning so it  meant that we are tired but still bright and alive also so exited to meet the green dragons and new people.

bye chat to you later.

Wow Day

It was a great day, and for our idea to be chosen as the winner was the icing on the cake. Well done to our team and thanks to everyone who has helped make this a great experience.

I was at the WOW awards, 2009, in London from St Lukes Science and Sports College in Exeter, Devon. I really enjoyed it. My team came 3rd, with the idea of Project Gold. This idea was about composting and plastic's re-using. We followed this on and are now collecting Plastic Bottles to make bird feeders and Bug Towers. We hope to enter this year (2010) with a better composting idea but this may change.
