    Climate Change Event

I'm one of the new climate change champions, and I've been thinking about the sort of event I could spend my £1000 on. As you are the green kids of our generation, I thought I'd do some 'market research'.

What sort of campaigns and projects most appeal to you? What is the best way to get people to change their attitudes and behaviour towards their carbon footprint?

Hi! I don't know much about climate change, and what can be done, so I think you need to make people aware.....why don't you have a climate change party?!

erm. You could introduce advanced recycling systems in places in your region I suppose. You could also use some of it to help spread the word about cliamte change and its affects in your region. so, hat do u think. Smile

So use recycling as a way to connect with people about climate change.

So... set up new recycling centres? or just go and talk to people to encourage them to create their own?

I like the party idea too, tho that'd just have to be in my school...

    What about this?

    • It will last for a considerable amount of time
    • it promotes green transport
    • it has sustainable credentials
    • and it looks pretty cool - well I'll leave that up to you to decide

Cool, I like the cycling idea- simple and effective.

Anyone else got a good plan?
