Climate Change Video!

Hi! I made the following video on climate change as part of my entry for the champions competition. I hope you like it!

To make this did you use windows movie maker or powerpoint because its done very well

Regarding the program, I used Windows Movie Maker. I'm not good enough to use anything more advanced!

I think in the summer we need to get you into my office for a week's work experience, where you could get access to all the photos and videos we have and you could perhaps help me make a video to account for the Champions experiences over 2008, which we could then make into a DVD. Perhaps we could get Jack to produce the backing track - what do you think?

That would be brilliant - I'd love so much to do work experience of that sort. Making a video sounds like a great idea, and Jack's musical talent would make it really special.

I was getting people to join at Eco. My environmental group and suddenly saw it when i was showing them, My reaction was wow, it looks pretty cool. My teacher then went through it and read my bits and then my friend at the group (I think she is st-foosa) added her own bit because she LOVES writing stories.

Ps. Patrick's book is what he is doing with his £1000 and it sounds great from what I've heard! (I think it's filling a gap in the market for teens and climate change, so something to promote on here?)

I just saw the video (it blocked it at school and your website, I was quite angry at my ICT teacher and went on strike from doing work - I do it every lesson anyway so it's not your fault if i fail!)

Anyway back to video. AMAZING.

Woah! Awesome video patrick! When I entered back in 2006 I think I also made a video. It was mostly about climate change and how it had affected my local area. Patrick u have really out done yourself! I think it might be better than mine. Anyway cool.... really gets the message across. Really really cool.

Hi guys, I'd be glad to help out with a backing track, just tell me what type of song you'd want, or and existing song, I'd help as much as I could. I have also changed and added stuff to what I was going to do for my little event. I'm planning to hold a little cometition in my school, as well as the feeder school. It's like the Climate Change Champion Competition, but I am doing catagories, eg. photo, art, drama, poetry etc. Troubleshooter might judge the first rounds, and I might get the Champs up to good ol' North East to judge the final round. Its still a working project, but what do you guys think?
