I think specialist Oxfams are becoming more an more common, where I live we have a regular Oxfam and next door, one dedicated to books. I've also seen in the news that Oxfam are opening Fashion Boutiques, with re-vitalised donated clothing.

     Go Oxfam!Big Smile

At one time charity shops were allowed to stay in premises with an amount of time left on the lease and no paying accupants. Now, as you say we have shops for donated stuff in smart premises with clean goods with obviously loads of life left in them. We have a very smart shop here that sells your designer clothes, shoes and etc. You donate some of the sale price to the Earl Mountbatten Hospice. a local charity. Everybody wins!

Maybe we coudl recycle CO2 and give all the extra to green houses instead of pumping it into the sky it would improve the crops too a bonus ^^

There was a radio programme on a while ago about how scientists had found a machine that could remove CO2 from the atmosphere, but they had nowhere to put it. Here are some of my ideas:-

    *Fizzy Drinks

    *Greenhouses (Meelimoo's idea)

    *Fire extinguishers

Of course the best thing to do is to PUT LESS CO2 INTO THE ATMOSPHERE, but if that isn't enough, then this method is OK.
