We've just bought ourselves a big tent, amazing how the designs have changed. Can't wait to try it out. Everyone in the family has a tent. Camping is fun and good for the environment and you can go away at a moments notice Cool

We have a tent too.. I like it when it rains in the night and it's a wonder that you can stay dry!

The UK summer has been a bit wet for living outdoors so far... however we did manage to fit in some cycle rides in the rain, which was fun and muddy Huh? haven't got round to cleaning off the bikes yet.

    Hey,

I have been camping with the scouts at Ardinley and I came back with an Italian scarf, Candian scarf and a Scottish scarf! Then before that, I had a week in a VW camper bus called Marigold. Yes, I love the Earth but I love those buses. I still looking for a way to make them eco friendly.

I went to France to stay with my Nan. She lives on an old farm with 8 cats and one dog which is pretty good for me because I love animals.

They grow pretty much all their food so the only thing they need to buy is the meat. They grew potatos, peas, 4 kinds of bean, cabbage, pumpkin, courgette, grapes, beetroot, parsnips, strawberrys, rasberrys and a few others. So the food always tasted fresh because we picked it the same day, plus my nan is a good cook and I was in france so you have 2nds, 3rds and occasionally 4ths.

One of the days I made Rasberry jam with my nan and it was the tastiest jam I ever tried.

While I was out there I had so many things to do that I didn't think about the T.V. the only thing I did that was computer based was when I made a short animation with my sis (11 hours worth of work to get 44 seconds :s )

But... I would not like to live like it all the time because I missed my friends... Still at home it is just right for me because I am close to my friends and my regular life stlye and we have a dog and a cat and we grow stuff in our garden and last night we ate our homegrown runner beans Stick out tongue

Together anything is possible In my previous life i was a little purple dragon!!

I went to France as well, just in the South.  I can't say I am especially proud of how much Co2 we must have released but it was the relaxing holiday in the sun I think we all needed.

Now after that serious bit... Look at my puppy! Isn't she sweet!!!Big Smile (DP)
