    Himalayan Glacial Melting

high up in the himalayan mountain range, there is an huge area completely covered in glacial ice. the glaciers provide the source for seven rivers, stretching over four countries : China, Bangladesh, Pakistan and India. if glacial melting occured because of global warming, it could widely change the face of Southern Asia. Bangladesh is prone to flooding becuase most of its area is below sea level, and if the himalayan glaciers melted it would cause intense flooding to the area, causing many deaths like the worst flood ever in Bangladesh in the 90's
