    The next generation of car

OK - so fuels running out fast. Oil is rising in price and emitting co2. Crying

But whats coming next? How else can we power our cars? What fuels do we have that wouldn't run out?

what ideas do you have for a better type of car? Hmm

The future of personal transport is either pedal power or electric. Hydrogen needs electricity for extraction, so it is made less efficient because it needs another energy transformation; Bio-fuel takes away valuable crop land; ethanol needs vast quantaties of green waste that we just don't have; so the only remaining solutions are electric (efficient if taken from a renewable source) and human power (not necessarily fast, but ultra green and keeps you fit).
