    Britain's white lions.

Did anyone see the white lions on TV? according to African folklore, white lions cubs are a lucky charm born just once every 100 years, but two lionesses gave birth within just a month of each other at the West Midlands Safari Park near Bewdley Worcester. We now have six white lion cubs in Britain. The pride, which started out as just four animals back in 2004, now has 19 members. White lions are not albinos. Their pale fur is in fact a mutation found only in a small area of South Africa bushland called Timbavati. They have been extinct in the wild for 12 years, as their colour means they can easily be seen and find it difficult to stalk their prey. Also they are vunerable to hunters being so visible. They are so cute. I wonder if the male lions are as pale as well?
